Think of us as your boutique concierge travel planning service. We charge a $250 non refundable trip planning deposit upfront. We have already negotiated our compensation upfront with the vast majority of our independent contractors, meaning you will never pay more than if you booked your trip on their website directly. Furthermore, you'll be granted full access to our Montana Travel Concierge Services at no extra charge. The information we provide our clients quite often proves to be invaluable as we work directly with local experts, professional guides, and independent outfitters.
We'll make all the necessary third-party arrangements (travel, reservations, bookings, even a host!), help put together a realistic itinerary, advise you on what type of weather you can realistically expect over the course of your stay, and give you accurate distances and approximate driving times to your next Big Sky Country destination.
